Hanson Structural Precast Midwest, Inc. has manufactured and erected more than 13,000 projects since its start up in 1960. Today HSPM is providing some five million square feet of floors, roofs, walls and supporting structural components annually. Located in Maple Grove, Minnesota, we have the largest enclosed plant in the U.S. with a proven capacity to turn large projects in record time.

Contractors, owners and architects often invite us to be design-build partners because of our experience, manufacturing and installation capabilities and product variety. Our sales and estimating staff gets involved during the early planning stages, helping with layouts and details, providing budgets, schedules, samples and mockups.

We have one of the largest staffs of engineers and drafting technicians in Minnesota, employing state of the art computer-aided drafting and precast design software and equipment. Because of our expertise, we are routinely called upon by leading architects, and engineering firms to assist in the design of precast concrete components and structures.

Production is continuous year round in our 250,000 square foot, enclosed manufacturing facility. Large capacity mixers can generate more than 200 yards of concrete per hour. With over a mile of forming space, automated plank and panel machinery, we have the capacity to produce 1,000 cubic yards of precast per day. We operate our own steel fabrication facility and carpenter shop for building custom forms and molds in-house, saving time and cost.

A new architectural finishing building is one of the first of its kind, and addresses environmental safety issues while improving the quality of our product. The facility provides a safe, enclosed work environment, which allows us to water wash, acid etch and sandblast architectural components year round.

We have been a PCI certified plant for more than 33 years and are PCI qualified erectors. Field installation is the final step in the complete start-to-finish product and service, quality commitment unique to HSPM.
